Bad weather policy

We understand that weather can be unpredictable. To ensure your peace of mind, our contract includes a bad weather clause.

Cancellation and refund:

• In the event of heavy rain or winds of Force 4 Beaufort or above on your charter day, the rental will be canceled and you’ll receive a full refund, minus any expenses incurred on your behalf (food, drinks, restaurant bookings, water toys).
• If the weather is cloudy, lightly windy, or there is occasional rain, the charter will proceed as planned, and no refund will be issued.

• Is this yacht charter suitable for parties?
  Not primarily. The owner prefers family-oriented day charters.
• Is the Leopard 23 available for weekly charters?
  No, the owner currently only accepts day charters and does not offer overnight stays.
• Are pets allowed on board?
  Pets are not recommended on board due to possible seasickness. In addition, this Leopard has a very delicate silk interior carpet that is not suitable for dogs.
• What should I bring for a day yacht charter?
  Bring sunglasses, swimsuit, cash for crew gratuity, copy of your ID, and a smile. Towels and soft drinks are provided as well as water toys.
• Can I smoke on board?
  Smoking is permitted only while the boat is at anchor, and specifically on the swim platform. This policy is in place for the safety and comfort of all guests.
• What is the estimated cost to get from Golfe Juan to Pampelonne or Saint-Tropez?
