Bad weather policy
We understand that weather can be unpredictable. To ensure your peace of mind, our contract includes a bad weather clause:
Cancellation and refund:
- In the event of heavy rain or winds above Force 4 Beaufort on your charter day, the rental will be canceled and you’ll receive a full refund, minus any expenses incurred on your behalf (food, drinks, restaurant bookings, water toys).
- If the weather is cloudy, lightly windy, or there is occasional rain, the charter will proceed as planned, and no refund will be issued.
Your enjoyment and safety are our top priorities, and we strive to provide a seamless experience even when Mother Nature doesn’t cooperate.

While our sailing catamarans offer comfort and luxury, they are not designed for high-speed travel. Day trips to Saint-Tropez or Monaco, while possible, would significantly limit your time at the destination due to the distance involved.
We recommend exploring closer destinations such as the Lérins Islands, cap d’Antibes area and the wild coast of Esterel for a more enjoyable experience. - Can I board your catamaran in Antibes, Mandelieu, or Nice?
Yes, with an additional delivery/redelivery fee for fuel. - Are towels provided?
